When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We aim to ship within 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75! For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in that email to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to bring MiRēDē to more homes around the world!
Returns & Issues
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your MiRēDē pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply visit our Contact Us page or email our support team.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Product & Account
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to intercept the package, but we can help you with a return once it arrives.
How do I care for my products?
Each MiRēDē piece is unique. Specific care instructions are included in the product description on our website and often come with the item itself. If you’re unsure, just drop us a note and we’ll guide you!
